“Let’s remember, we’ve got 5000 members coming through the door today to listen to what we’ve got to say about our first 100 days in government and how we’re going to changing the course of this country.

What is wrong with expecting people who live in subsidised housing, paid for, subsidised, by the hard-working British taxpayer … to keep their house to a reasonable standard?

There’s no chance of them coming back. They’ve stepped aside. You know, we’re a serious party, you know, and sometimes in politics, you have to make tough decisions, harsh decisions.

I did see an old chap, a pensioner somewhere with a walking stick. Look, I don’t condone any sort of that behaviour, but if anybody wants to have a quick whip round later, we are collecting for a new walking stick.
