I am frankly astonished at the suggestion that we should not extend this compulsory license because if you want to see the marketplace break down almost instantaneously and you want to see consumer prices go through the roof almost instantaneously, then let's consider just allowing, you know, market-by-market, copyright-by-copyright negotiation.
