I’d also like to see Highland Council working more with families and communities to address absences.
This is the right outcome, and it is a result of the strength of feeling shown by residents, and by the military families connected to Cameron Barracks who made their concerns heard from the very start.
I would hope that the landowner could be prevailed upon to recognise that this is not a significant commercial enterprise and extracting an ever-increasing toll is not just or practical.
