Let’s make it very clear: these ‘patrols’ aren’t about keeping women and girls safe; they are about targeting already marginalised people and making them feel unsafe in their own communities.

Scotland should have no place for those who profit from hate, or seek to normalise the far right.

The answer to anger and insecurity is investment in our communities, decent jobs, affordable homes, properly funded public services and a politics that brings people together rather than tearing them apart.
