More from John Swinney
It is vital that the economic benefits of our energy are felt here in Scotland and used to bring energy bills down, rather than flowing to the Treasury to plug more short term spending gaps.
I want much more opportunity for a regional dimension to take forward skills, economic opportunity and planning.
We must strengthen our economic and cultural ties with India for the benefit of jobs, investment and growth in every part of the country.
It must also kickstart a renewed drive to deliver our long-standing clean energy ambitions.
