A request has been made today to the UK Government for military assistance in aerial support that can be used to supplement existing resources that are being deployed to tackle the Cairngorms wildfire and we await a response.

what that says to me is that Scotland’s energy has got to be in Scotland’s hands, so that we can reduce fuel bills and use the energy wealth of Scotland to support consumers in our country.
We will continue to use all the powers available to build prosperity, while making the case for greater powers to help Scotland grow further and faster.
But the scale and persistence of violence against women and girls shows that we must go further and faster.
The £500,000 investment will help create more opportunities for talented young people, strengthen clubs and support the long-term future of Scottish football.
