We will continue to use all the powers available to build prosperity, while making the case for greater powers to help Scotland grow further and faster.
The bill is simple, straightforward and direct, and the UK Government now needs to respect the voice of the Scottish people and Parliament and transfer the necessary powers.
Men, in particular, must challenge sexism, confront abusive behaviour and help create a culture where every woman and girl can live free from violence, abuse and fear.
They are also doing it in a fashion to deliberately stoke up racial tension.
