The new data centre plans are concerning due to the clear disregard for the masterplan and need for housing, and because of the behaviour of North Lanarkshire Council.

There is a growing demand for it, the people of Scotland made that clear when they voted the largest group of pro-Independence MSPs only four months ago.

Instead, many parents are forced to pay nursery fees for months between their child’s third birthday and the start of the next school term.

It's no wonder that they have just achieved their worst election result to date at a time when more people than ever before are looking to the Scottish Greens and our progressive vision for a fairer, greener Scotland.
