For the 11th year in a row, Scotland is the most attractive and successful destination for foreign direct investment of any part of the United Kingdom, other than London and the South East, and that is in the face of very challenging economic conditions globally.

The bill is simple, straightforward and direct, and the UK Government now needs to respect the voice of the Scottish people and Parliament and transfer the necessary powers.
We will require all public services to make a decisive shift to prevention and early intervention.
We will also focus on prevention, drive public sector reform where it is needed, and ensure investment is directed towards frontline services to improve outcomes for people and communities.
