I think Andy Burnham has got a lot to live up to in terms of what he has set out, because I think if he's going to be in any way effective as a Prime Minister, he has to be consistent with some of the things that he said, and he's made a very strong argument about greater investment in the public services and public infrastructure of the country, which I agree with.
