John Swinney: “So I want us to engage urgently – within the first 100 days of this Government – to identify the early steps we can take…”

Our task is to build on that momentum, which is why, at this conference, we will be launching the Choose Scotland campaign – the biggest campaign since the referendum and what will be the most sophisticated, pro-independence campaign…

Friends, Choose Scotland will offer hope but it will also offer ambition.

And make no mistake – the wind is now firmly in the sails of Scotland's independence movement.

Scotland is no city. We are no region. We are a nation. And soon we will be an independent nation.
