John Swinney: “That the Parliament agrees that Scotland is a nation that has a right to decide its own future”

So Scotland’s a welcoming country. We want to make sure that when people come to Scotland, we can support them and that we can support them well.

So, my challenge to the UK Government is stop standing in the way of Scotland’s renewable energy development.

I’ve got a track record throughout my political life of working to make sure as many powers as possible are exercised here in Scotland.

And I would welcome Scotland being able to determine our approach to immigration and to asylum.
