I am pleased we have now got 11 of these centres up and running, and we are going to expand the programme to 40.

We will also focus on prevention, drive public sector reform where it is needed, and ensure investment is directed towards frontline services to improve outcomes for people and communities.

We promised to extend it first to Glasgow and to the west of Scotland – we will keep that promise.
