I think it ought to be adjusted up, as some of you said, so it would be at the same level it was 20 years ago when it was enacted, which is around $13,000, and then index it.
The ABLE Act will help hundreds of thousands of folks across the country and I know a lot in Tennessee, and it will be very appreciated.
