This is a reset and not a stop.

This Government will deliver a new Monklands Hospital. That commitment has not changed, and it will not change.

And we will ensure that this investment meets the standards required for managing public money by delivering the best possible outcomes for patients, staff and the people of Scotland.

It is right that the UK Government will resume the Gaza medical evacuation scheme. The Scottish Government has repeatedly called for the scheme to continue so I welcome this announcement,
