They are not an economic competitor anymore. They are an adversary, and we have to acknowledge that.

We are not talking about toys. We are talking about the chemicals it takes for our food supply.

I'm happy to report that we've banned them--and strengthened reporting requirements to identify and stop illegal purchases in the future.
