I have heard from literally hundreds of North Dakota landowners that are encumbered with Fish and Wildlife Service Waterfowl Protection Area easements.

Now, this is one big Executive Order, 30X30. Why wouldn't that trigger NEPA when we are talking about tripling the protected acres in the United States?

They have had their private property rights trampled on, the Service not living up to its contractual agreements.

I am looking at the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council's Justice40, some of the conclusions that they drew.

I don't think it is clear at all. I think it is very confusing, quite honestly.

Okay. And so when do you anticipate funding announcements then for round three?

How can you say what you're doing is in any way effective, and are you the least bit concerned that people are coming in here illegally from a hundred different countries?

The Supreme Court told you to enforce the Migrant Protection Protocol. That decision came down in August. Why are you not enforcing it?

Do you have preparations in your budget if Public Health Order 42 is lifted and how many more illegal encounters do you anticipate having?

How many people through Remain in Mexico have you enforced under the Supreme Court directive? Because last I checked, it was about 400 people total.

Your Border Patrol and Customs and Border Protection professionals will tell you that they could secure the border if you would enforce the tools and the laws that you have. You're not doing it.
