I found that it created far more safety than what the current administration has done.

What I want to do is look at the ways in which the previous administration addressed this issue.

Well, I just started doing that a long time ago because I would go hiking in the morning and then I’d go straight to the gym, and I found it was convenient, and now I’m used to it, so I just do it.

Public safety is the prerequisite to prosperity, and today’s announcement shows we are investing in the future of both.

Democrats should be careful not to cede the issue of public safety to Donald Trump and Republicans.

Congressman Torres and I haven’t always agreed on everything, but we know what matters most: delivering a safer, more affordable New York for every family and coming together to fight back against Donald Trump.

Now, more than ever, it’s important for every Democrat and every New Yorker to stand with the Governor as she fights with New York and fights against the Trump administration.

She’s not performative, she’s substantive. She’s focused on solving problems, and that’s the kind of leadership we need right now.

This is a political ploy and an attempted distraction from Trump’s other scandals.
