We should review that. I think our taxpayers expect us to take a look at that and reduce those costs.

I echo that. And I know not all states are the same, but in many states with half the companies trying to hire...

As a great nation, we want to live up to our values and our morals and provide a good safety net to protect our citizens.

During the Presidential campaign, this President multiple times said he was going to be hostile to the fossil fuel industry of our country.

Most folks in our district want energy independence.

I would like to just start by saying we are so blessed to live in this great country. We are the greatest of nations.

We want to help people get out of poverty.

To say the process is daunting and the work tremendous is simply an understatement, and we have a lot of work to do.

Forty percent of our corn goes to ethanol, so this is huge, so this is such an important part of the Midwest economy.

Well, thank you, Madam Chairwoman. And thank you to our witnesses for sharing your time, your expertise with this Subcommittee.

There is no reason why our junior enlisted should qualify for SNAP.

What is our response to that? Because I think that is really looming large on this industry.

Retail outlets are not going to invest in offering new choices if they don't know if the Administration is going to follow the existing law into the Renewable Fuel Standard.

We need to stress the education here.
