I just want to quickly note a couple of other things. One, I do want to thank you and thank your team for the allocation of supplemental funds.

We need to be discussing how to implement this. This is part of their recovery, and we need to make sure that we don't just authorize it, but we actually have a feasible financial plan of how to move forward.
