One of the issues here is that when you look at Americans past, something like 30 percent of U.S. Nobel laureates were born in other countries.

I will be introducing the Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act which would remove the per country caps on employment-sponsored visas.

I think we have a real historic opportunity here to make some meaningful progress in areas where there is common sense.

I take away from that experience a deep understanding that there are risks that we need to be very much on guard against.

We would like to see free trade move much faster and much better than it is.

It is ridiculous that this is the only President who, in my memory, has not asked for that power.

I do not think this administration has been as aggressive in pursuing trade agreements as it should be.
