It basically means the United States Senate is finally catching up to the rest of America. You know, the overwhelming majority of Americans want to see us put a fair tax on the billionaires.

I have proposed a 2 cent wealth tax. This is 2 cents on assets above $50 million. It is time for a wealth tax in America.

Right now, billionaire individuals and billionaire, profitable corporations are paying either little or nothing in taxes, and that is wrong.
