Will the Army continue to use BMM consistent with the commitments Secretary McHugh made in his correspondence?

The MSA rebuilding requirements established in 1996 and 2006 have been responsible for the recovery of 33 depleted stocks.

I am supportive of limited military intervention against Syria.

If it depends on honesty, I am not so sure this proposal would ever materialize.
