Prostitution is illegal, but if these people were trafficked and forced into prostitution, why are we punishing those folks?

I would sure like to know what happened to the folks who are doing the trafficking and if they are doing any time.

It is obvious we need better information. It is obvious we need to invest in resources that actually get to the ground and do some good.
