We have a duty and an obligation to make sure that they are well housed, that they are safe, that they are secure, that they are able to do their jobs and their duty.

I think we've seen this with Commissioner Koskinen's attitude that he really has had a contempt for this entire investigation.

I don't think you can have an IRS Commissioner come in front of the Congress, testify under oath that he has confirmed that all the backup tapes have been destroyed.

As long as our federal highway program is based upon reimbursements to states made on a formula basis, there is no workable substitute for federal funding.
