I expected to arrive here in this Congress and continue with a budget that was balanced by the will and the majority of the House and the Senate.

I am going to go out and write my own balanced budget.

We have to bring a balanced budget.

That was wrong to include, at the last minute of the farm bill conference.

I think markets provide clarity for when to plant more or less of a particular crop.

We do not want another WTO cotton case that ends up with the taxpayers giving Brazil nearly $1 billion.
