He hadn't swatted. Dr. Rice, we didn't -- we only swatted a fly once on the 20th of August, 1998. We didn't swat any flies afterwards. How the hell could he be tired?

I would love to get Dr. Rice in front of this commission, in the public, to have her answer a series of questions about that, because...

When you're looking at the numbers that were violently opposed to Aznar's policy, putting 1,300 Spanish troops in Iraq, initially with the Bush administration on the invasion of Iraq a year ago, there's going to be a consequence for that.

Do you think we should explore including the Finance Board in that legislation as well?

I believe coming together in a seamless network of our allies will do as much to secure the security of this country for the future than our military will.

It is an investment in stability and security.
