After years of our military taking on increasing levels of risk in infrastructure, the MILCON increase is a welcome change.

In regard to the movement of Marines from Guam to Okinawa, in 2012 we made an agreement with Japan.

You committed yourself to working with me to see that IDEA is fully funded.

Let me ask, when I was last in the room, Chairman Blunt was asking about Pell Grants.

I would welcome any response that you might have.

The request represents a sharp departure from the historically low MILCON requests of the last few years.

But no State that does not make that option would have Title I funds reduced.
