But it does show you that if you begin to monitor and if you begin to keep track and you have accurate records and you shine a light on this, you can improve the situation and you can make a difference.

We can move toward emission free on the automobile side, but we have to keep moving forward on the coal side, because coal is going to be needed to power those electric cars.

They are struggling because the economic model here in this country to deploy the cutting edge emission and dual fuel capacity and regulatory pressures has made it difficult for them.

Well, we should be able to do that.

I am also a co-sponsor of the clean coal bipartisan effort to move forward with the technologies, bring value to that, and spur that along through a 45Q tax credit.

You can't build that in the United States right now in this environment, because of the expense and because of the difficulties and the headwinds that coal faces.

Absolutely have to do that.

Sometimes we use the VA as a good example of, 'Well, let's do this in the general public,' and sometimes we use the general public to say, 'Let's try this at the VA.'
