The opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library on our nation’s 250th birthday is a moment that will bring people from across the country to the North Dakota Badlands that shaped a president.

The Dakota Access Pipeline has operated safely for nearly nine years, and today’s announcement lifts the cloud of uncertainty from over this essential piece of American infrastructure.

Americans shouldn’t be conditioned to live in squalor.

Freedom 250 and the celebration of 250 is a non partisan event.

There's a place to have current cultural debates. And then, there's a place to just tell and celebrate our history.

I can’t weigh into the politics of musicians because some musicians want to play music for everybody. And some musicians seem to have segmented their audiences the same way politicians have.

The whole purpose of [the bill] is to prove, with authoritative government data, we manufacture everything from energy to food, to plastics, to steel and aluminum, with lower emissions than any other country.

North Dakotans have lived through these [trade] cycles. We’ve been geopolitical long before other parts of the country.

I expect we will [ask tough questions]—because that’s our job.

There is onshoring, and there is friendshoring.
