My top priorities for this Congress are some of the top issues facing Montanans, it is increasing public safety, bolstering tribal sovereignty, and passing the last Indian water rights settlement in the State.

And of course, I am fully supportive of all the funding concerns. We are so far behind to not meet our treaty obligations.
