I would like to see an authentic and deep, committed investment into young, beginning, small, traditional, Indigenous, land-based farmers of color by the USDA.

Today our farmers and ranchers are not dealing with the Dust Bowl, but they are facing, in my part of the country, a 1,200-year drought.

If it takes 80 hours for the possibility of receiving $1,700, I can see why someone would think twice before applying.

America is waking up to the need for more and better electric transmission, not just to hold costs down for ratepayers, but to maintain the reliable grid.

As is often the case with government, it's a question of sticks and carrots.

Two years ago, Colorado enacted bipartisan legislation requiring our transmission utilities to join into an organized wholesale market by 2030.

We want to promote more carrots, of course.
