I hope that the folks who were part of the process will hear the things that you are talking about.

It is not about self-serving; it is not about rehabilitating. It is about trying to get to the truth, period, the truth and nothing but the truth.

I do not, I just don't believe in failure. We are better than that.

What steps have you taken to protect those who may have suffered from the delay in getting the website working?

We now have stability in the market, and that is due to the Affordable Care Act.

I believe that there's been a crisis of confidence created in the dysfunctional nature of the Web site, the canceling of policies, and sticker shock from some people.
