My bill authorizes partnership between DOE and the Department of Veterans Affairs to advance research focused on artificial intelligence, big-data science, and the high-priority health care needs of the Veterans Administration.

Mr. Norman's bill also authorizes a 2-year, crosscutting research pilot program to advance research in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and computational research.
