I am just curious. I am very much looking at a different kind of case management reform, putting people back in the lives of people to help and not just having people that are a number and are running things through the system.

Now, it will cost the employers a little bit more to do that, but in the long run, with even the greater burden, it still was a change that could be made now because the economy is on an uptick.
