I am a strong proponent of opening of markets for U.S. companies, from agriculture to high-tech.

The closed-loop network increases greatly our cybersecurity capacity as a nation.

I think monopolistic behavior is something that is a drag on economic growth and development.

It is important that we have trade provisions that reflect that, including nondiscriminatory treatment of digital products, privacy protections, restrictions on data localization, source code protections, and bans on internet shutdowns.
