Unfortunately, what we are seeing here, in my opinion, is an authoritarian move.

I think it is an extreme position to do what this Administration has done with giving them basically an open checkbook.

If enough Ukrainian aid falls into the wrong hands, particularly any kind of lethal aid, they are going to lose the war.
