New York is the nation’s undisputed leader in finance and technology, and Bilt’s decision to grow and expand here underscores the unmatched talent, energy, and opportunity that only New York can offer.

It is so important to understand that these people are all talk. They are all talk. They are negotiating with Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries, and Democratic leadership and Democrats are united to that end.

After 9/11, I can think of no other state that is facing the risk than New York. So the question that you ask is, why did they zero it out? They zeroed it out because they alleged that we’re a sanctuary city.

Obstructing these projects is stupid and counterproductive because they create tens of thousands of great jobs and are essential for a strong regional and national economy.

It’s clear that the way out of this shutdown is to sit down and negotiate with Democrats to address the looming health care crisis that faces tens of millions of American families.

Republicans have until midnight to cut the garbage and get serious.

They aren't political trophies — they are lifelines. They mean tens of thousands of good-paying union jobs. They mean shorter commutes, safer travel and a stronger economy not just for New York, but for the entire nation.
