Dizer que as preocupações do senhor presidente da República foram também sempre as preocupações do governo e do senhor ministro da Educação e que creio que estão reunidas as condições para podermos dizer que o pior já passou, que as garantias de rigor e de equidade no processo estão salvaguardadas e de que esta segunda fase em que já nos encontramos possa ter muito menos perturbação do que teve a primeira e que no futuro o sistema possa responder.
