Very clearly it cannot be business as usual at Stormont.

They're angry at the chief constable for allowing lawlessness to win, for allowing the mob to dictate.

We stand in Northern Ireland at a crossroads for the PSNI and the British Government. They either accept mob rule or the rule of law – and I can tell you now if mob rule wins there’s no going back for the chief constable.

There’ll be no capitulation on the part of the Portadown district. They will not accept a deal where they walk away.

I can assure you, you’ll hear more from the Orange Order – but what’s on the table is not acceptable.
