The Minister gutting and undermining legal aid has led directly to a situation where bail hearings are a mess, and we now get these Article 40 hearings in the High Court that shouldn't have to happen.

Today's challenges are the beginning of the criminal system collapsing, and this is entirely the fault of Minister O'Callaghan.
