We know this is part of our history, where church, State and powerful interests together just brushed things over in ways that were vicious and unhelpful.

It will give the men an opportunity to have their voice heard, if they weren't in the criminal justice process, if they weren't in a civil case, if they have never had the chance to have their truth told.

It is important that we see the truth of what happened all along.

This is of such public significance, and it hasn't been investigated by the State in the way in which it should have been.
