One person having to access homeless supports and services is one too many.

As Minister for Housing, I am treating this with urgency and I want people out of homelessness services as rapidly as possible, particularly children.

I am genuinely appalled that the type of contact we are hearing about happening would be made in the first place to any public representative, but then for it to be in any way targeted at our female elected members is unacceptable.

I think it's a social good for somebody to be able to live where their family lives, where their friends are, where they grew up, and it adds to that local community.
