Francois Hollande: “France's president today said this country is at war with ISIS.”

If the agreement is not legally binding, there won't be agreement.

This is of an act of which a terrorist attack cannot be ignored and this is of absolute horror, and it is clear that we have to do everything to ensure that we can fight against the scourge of terrorism.

We are at war and for us to remain ourselves because that is what is in question, France must not lose itself to win this war. France must respond to hatred with fraternity. France will respond to a fanaticism with the hope of life itself.

We will eradicate terrorism. Terrorism will not destroy France because we will destroy it.
