We could be moving to a world where Asia and the Middle East emerge as a new and compelling economic bloc that are still integrated to a degree with Europe and the United States but that integration fluctuates.

China clearly wants to stick to the multilateral approach while the U.S. wants to build its own camp, very much targeting the rise of China in the field of AI.

China is ready to work with other members of the international community to promote an equal and orderly multipolar world.

Regardless of changes in the external environment, we should remain steadfast in our commitment to opening up.
