We all know energy policy is now economic policy. It is security policy. It is trade policy. It is investment policy.

They build our energy, mining and electricity and transportation sectors and beyond that, and they demonstrate to the world Canada's ambition from coast to coast to coast.

I am quite comfortable that this is a good investment for Canadian taxpayers.
