Canada’s got great capability and capacity that I think we’ve largely ignored over the years, and we’re not in a position to do that anymore, so we’re not going to do it.
We’ll go from two qualified suppliers to a preferred supplier, and the government of Canada will enter into contract negotiations with the preferred supplier so we can turn lots of MOUs and promises into tangible outcomes for Canada.
