After 30 years of public life, it is time for a new chapter where I will explore new opportunities.

I call on them to continue to champion efforts to make life more affordable for all Canadians.

I’m more interested in results and I think that the generation of Canadians who’ve been locked out of housing are more interested in results than performative politics.

I don’t think that foreign buyers were really driving prices up. It was really more government charges, fees, and taxes in those high-priced markets.

HAF only complicated an already costly and unwieldy approval process by bringing in an Ottawa-knows-best approach.
