To those people who are thinking about taking out their frustration on the current government by voting for separation and the referendum, I say this: Canada is more than a government, it’s a people, a flag, a land, a history and a promise.
I don’t know why we would be sending Canadian tax dollars from people who can’t afford to pay their bills to a dictatorial, terrorist regime like that.
And that’s what we need to do — use our resources and energy to make us stronger, more affordable and more self-reliant here at home.
