I think it'll cost jobs. And until there's measures that are in place that will address that, I don't think the strategy is complete.
That’s U.S.-style, southern pork-barrel politics. And I don’t think Canadians support that.
You can floor cross. You just have to make the case to your constituents, and if you think you have good reasons for it, you’ll get a mandate from voters. If you don’t, then you won’t.
To put it most bluntly, we think the Carney government is using taxpayer dollars to mislead Canadians and greenwashing. And not only is that unethical and inappropriate, but it’s also illegal.
